Our service is personal, not automated, so if you are not sure which numbers to give, provide us with all you see on the outside of the casing and we will check them for you.
We aim to respond by email usually within two hours during office hours, a little longer at weekends. These codes are at our standard price of £7.95.
After submitting the form, you will be forwarded to our payments page. Note that your request will not be actioned until payment is received. Our service is inexpensive but it is not free. We aim to give a good service to paying customers, with the assurance of our money-back guarantee: If we are not able to supply the factory-set code for your unit, we promise to refund you less 95p to cover our payment processing fee.

With Honda, the serial number on the radio chassis is generally NOT the one we need. We need an eight digit serial number stored in the eeprom (memory chip) and obtained by pressing buttons in order to display a Uxxxx and Lxxxx (see instructions that follow). The digits xxxx after the U and L are the eight digits of the required number.
For SAT NAV UNITS
Turn the ignition key to the ON position; make sure the radio is switched OFF
Press and hold the top sections of the SEEK/SKIP and CH/DISC bars
Now press and let go of the PWR/VOL knob
You should now see the display changing between two screens. The required serial number should now appear on the display. Example: U3093 L2019
Newer models may not follow the above procedure and should be left to Honda service (they will use a diagnostic tool to read the code from the eeprom). If you cannot see how to follow the above instructions, please contact Honda Service (or DND Services). You likely have a newer model and we can't help.
